Pricing & Hours

Standard rates are:

Labor Per Man Hour $69.00

Travel Charge $39.50

Our minimum charge is $85.50 which is $46.00 for the first 40 minutes plus the $39.50 travel charge. After that we charge in ten minute intervals.

Emergency and overtime rates are:

Labor Per Man Hour $103.50

With a one hour minimum.

Travel Charge $59.25

Holiday rates are:

Labor Per Man Hour $138.00

With a one hour minimum.

Travel Charge $79.00

Hours of operation:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Sunday for emergency only.

If we are working at your job site and it passes 6:00pm Monday through Friday we do not start overtime charges until 7:00pm. On Saturday overtime is not charged before 10:00am, We will only start working before 10:00am if it is necessary. Also if we are working at your job site on Saturday after 4:00pm overtime will not start until 5:00pm.

If service is needed after 6:00pm Monday through Friday and we have just received a service call from you then the emergency rate would apply. The same goes for after 4:00pm on Saturday and all day on Sunday.
